How does pickup work?
Place the order, wait for the call that it is ready, then collect it at the warehouse during sales and pickup hours.

Arrange it first
Call or send a pricing request with the products and quantities, and say you will collect. A pricing request does not place the order: once you place it, the team tells you when it is ready to collect. Wait for that call before you make the trip.

Bring a vehicle that can carry it
Turf rolls are up to 15 ft wide, and a full roll can weigh over 1,000 lb. Bring a trailer or flatbed that takes the roll and its weight, and straps to hold it.

Check in during pickup hours
Come to the warehouse during sales and pickup hours and give the company name the order is under.

Check the order before it is loaded
Check the products, the number of rolls and the materials against what you ordered. If anything does not match, tell the team before it is loaded, not after you leave.

The team loads it
Caliber's team loads the order onto your vehicle with a forklift. Have your straps ready.
What vehicle do I need?
For turf, a trailer or flatbed that takes a roll up to 15 ft wide and its full weight, with straps. Each product's roll size and weight are below.

Yes, to job sites, confirmed for each order.
Choose Delivery under Preferred fulfillment on the pricing request, or say so when you call, and put the job site in Project city/ZIP. Before the order is placed, the team confirms whether it can deliver to that site, any delivery charge, and the date.

Send the products or the application, the estimated area and when you need the material. Turf is quoted by inquiry; accessory list prices are published.

Call the team with the company name the order is under. For a pickup, check it is ready before you make the trip.

A trade account is a separate conversation from pricing one job, and either can come first.

Caliber sells to contractors and installers buying for client projects, so an order here goes through the business doing your installation. The installer you hire can request trade pricing on the products and the materials your job needs.
