The inquiry forms on this site are live. A completed form is delivered to the Caliber Turf Company team, and you see a confirmation only once that delivery has been accepted.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and a small number of actions, such as opening a phone link or submitting an inquiry form. It sets cookies for that purpose. Advertising features are switched off, so nothing here builds an advertising profile of you or follows you to other websites.
What the forms collect
Both the pricing request and the trade account inquiry ask for the same four details.
- Company name
- Contact name
- Email address
- Phone number
A pricing request also asks for what you are quoting.
- The products you select
- Estimated area in square feet
- Accessories you need
- Project location
- Required date
- Whether you intend to collect or take delivery
- What you write describing the job, and any further detail you add
A trade account inquiry asks about your business instead.
- Business type
- Company website
- Service area
- Purchasing needs
- Anything you add in the message field
A submission also carries these technical values.
- Which of the two forms you used
- A submission identifier, so a resubmitted form does not become a second inquiry
- The page you submitted from, and the time it was received
- The result of an automated-submission check, which uses a hidden field and the time taken to complete the form
The forms do not ask for tax identification numbers, uploads, or financial documents, and this site never asks for payment details. A pricing request is not an order.
Why it is collected
To answer your inquiry. The team uses what you send to prepare trade pricing, to discuss a trade account, or to reach you about either.
A submission that the automated check flags is still delivered to the team rather than discarded.
Where it goes
Submissions are sent to GoHighLevel, the customer relationship platform the team works from. This website is hosted on Vercel, which processes the request that carries your submission from your browser to GoHighLevel.
No other provider receives what you submit.
